What do we like?

I have the Danelectro French Toast and the Dunlop Jimi Hendrix thing. The prior is wonderfully nasty, with a mellow-enough tone, but noisy at idle. The latter is quiet, but way too shrill unless I back off on guitar volume and tone. If I could find one with a relatively 'quiet' circuit and a tone that doesn't necessitate a total tonal change-up to use, I'd love it.

Anyone tried the Wolftone Helium? Fender Blender? Chicago Iron/Roger Mayer Octavia?
