I apparently have oils on my hands that are more corrosive than the average bear. So, my choices are all about durability. D'addario on the electric light top heavy bottom (.010s ) since they're sealed, they seem to last longer. Heavier strings on bottom keep that low E tight (this is why SRV's low E sounds so nice, even when he smacks it. he played w/ THICK strings)

On my acoustic, Elixir. I tried em once, and haven't used anything on it since. The days of having great new strings for a grand total of a few hours are over. I've had strings feel new, and (most importantly) sound new on that guitar for around 6 months. The only reason I changed strings was because a string broke. Sucks I can't just buy the one broken string though, at 12$ + a set.
