i agree drewsifer, but if peeps aint ready to quit, the next best thing is managing the addiction... i think its pretty cool i dont smoke during the week, i used to think:: either i smoke all the time, or none of the time, but there is a middle ground... and i am not chain smoking on the weekends either to compensate... i read recently that some doctors are permanently subscribing their smoking patients the patch indefinitely, because some people just cant quit, they are hard wired nicotine addicts! i hate that...
