Jason Becker shredding a solo with his fretting hand while using his right hand to play with a yo-yo. Only for a short bit at the beginning, though. After that it's back to good ol' shred. Dude was probably 19 then, and now has Lou Gherig's disease and can't move a single muscle. What a drag.
