Really what I think of when I head the word Pod is those things from the movie Cocoon. But alas, I guess those are cocoons. Anyhow, what about the freaking Pod, Line 6's little thingy? I can't believe this (as I type this on my iBook). Anyhow. I have a side project called I Steal and haha we show up third and fifth on a google search:

yea, good point on the pod, obviously, other companies have marketed the name pod b4 Apple did. And how about the word "Apple"??? Ever hear about the Beatles (Apple Corps) lawsuit? The Beatles (Ringo, Paul and the two widows) sued Apple, and lost. Bizzarre. Here's a link:
