the first electric guitar was the rickenbacker frying pan in 1933. the first gibson guitar was the ES-150 in 1936.

Fender broadcaster came out in 1950 (later changed to the telecaster).
LP came out in 52.

As far as I know I think the broadcaster was the first cutaway guitar. I may be wrong on that. What I do know is that it was before the LP.
