ah, I hadn't taken that into consideration. The only fix I could think of is to record the MIDI from the Atari into Cubase using a Midi interface. Create a project in Cubase that has the same tempo as the one you want to record. Then create as many MIDI channels in cubase as there are in your song on the Atari. 16 should be the max I am assuming.

Make the inputs of the channels in Cubase correspond to each channel in your Creator project. So if you have piano on MIDI channel one and want to keep it separate from your other instruments the first track in Cubase should take the input of MIDI interface>Channel One, and do the same for each following track. Arm each track and record and everything should be transferred in one pass.
