Default Diamonte

So I got one of these classical guitars. For the amount that I paid, I was expecting a "nolvity, makes sound but much prettier to look at than play" style guitar. What I got was a perfactly good classical guitar! it sounds big and warm and plays well! hell it even stays in tune! Given the hardware is not the best either is the top, but for fifty bucks its a steal! any others heard of this company/guitar? your thoughts?

Actually it's spelled Diamante. What a weird spelling. I wonder if they spell it that way so that Mitsubishi doesn't sue them.

Thanks a lot for the review. I smell a christmas gifts for everybody.

Well, I got my hands on it and was actually impressed with the sonic richness of the laminate, very suprised. For the price can't go wrong. Even if it didn't sound or look as good as it does, it would be worth the money. I'm going to buy 5.

These guitars are pretty sweet. I have played three different ones and each one is just as nice. High score for quality control.

the one i got sounds great however someone must have been pushing the people at the factory badly that day since my fretboard had someone's fingerprint on it because they weren't able to finish doing the wood stain on the rosewood(?). Tuning pegs still had wood chips and saw dust on them. Once cleaned though the guitar looked fine!!

A friend of mine received one in the mail and said the neck was totally off. He received a replacement and had the same problem. I've been questioning whether or not to go ahead with it. Although, it sounds as if it may be worth the purchase the way every one else is speaking so highly of it.

just to add a little bit more info. the guitar as well you get might have unproperly finished frets, by that I mean that the edges of the fret right on the width edge of the fretboard don't seem to been properly rounded off so you get a tiny point where it's hella sharp and it hurts your finger when you're trying to slide or switch barre chords.
