hmmm i have a solution. maybe bands should throw 2 shows at every venue; 1st show for peeps who actually wanna go and be civil and considerate, and sit and enjoy the music, and the 2nd show can be for all the obnoxious, smelly, noise-making, yakking, cell phoning, slack jawed gawkers. just an idea...

you know what, cell phones these days are more annoying (if that's possible) when about a hundred people are holding them over their heads to take crappy, un-intelligeble pictures of the band. flashes go off every second, and arms are holding these "camera phones" aloft in everone's face. not only are you tall, but your arm is in my face now too. people, take a picture.......but not for the entire show. how about listening to the music while you are there; you talke youself (and the audiance) out of the show when you are too busy snapping away to pay attention to the concert.
