Default G'n'R Won't Play If They Can't Drink Onstage

http://www.cnn.com/2006/SHOWBIZ/Musi....ap/index.html

This is great:

***After the cancellation, a band spokesperson blamed fire marshals for "making it impossible for the band to perform their show to the usual high standards that their fans deserve." The press release, however, did not give a specific reason for the pullout.***

how ironic! youd think the fire marshall would allow beer on stage, i mean, in a pinch, it COULD help put out a fire, right? go figure...

Well, it's official. He was the last one. No-one officially has respect for Guns N' Roses anymore. Sorry Paxil Rose.

Guns n Roses were nothing after Gilby Clarke went bye bye, anything pre Gilby Clarke was decent. (With the exception of everything but Sweet Child O' Mine and like 3 other songs which aren'tpopping into my head at the moment because I am TIRED)

Lies, Appetite For Destruction, and Use Your Illusion I & II are classic, kick ass, timeless rock and roll albums. They really needed to stop right after that. If The Lame Ass Spaghetti Incident wasn't a sign that they needed to hang it up I don't know what was....

well, how about taking 15 years to put out a new record? and that all the tracks that have been leaked suck according to most gnr fans. full discression, i've never liked them. i just enjoy trainwrecks. go axl go! get more infected hairplugs and bad plastic surgery! throw more money at an album that can't possibly live up to the hype!

The new record doesn't even count as GnR, it counts as a sad, sad little man who just can't realize when his horse is dead. Seriously though, the Spaghetti Incident was so bad. So bad. Even for a fan like me (I totally love pre-SI stuff), that album just killed em instantly for me.

On come on yall, The new record ISNT guns n roses, It's Axle trying to get right with his colleges. Now... I will say this. Half of the people GNR hired up for play ruined the band ( Axle rose, Anyone? ) BUT I still hold extreme respect for Saul ( Slash ) and Gibby. ( Have you ever heard such a tone as Slash's? )
