There is a warning in the ipod manual. This person is an idiot.

What will the chimps think of next?

um, in all seriousness though; people have tried to sue god.....unsuccessfully. does this really suprise anyone?

a conspiracy theory is afoot! if it was, they would be creating their own market; like when the bar has salted peanuts and pretzles around for free.....people get thirsty and buy more drinks.
