Default build a super group!

make your ultimate super group from members living or dead! tell us why you chose them, what instruments and musical style would they play? would you be playing with them?

Default what if...

this sounds fun! it kinda reminds me of the "what if" question, like what if Mozart lived today, would he be writing mad rock operas? hehe

It would pretty much be Faith No More with me on guitar.

this would be my Crimsonian thrAkKAtak setup:

Jeff Beck, Robert Fripp - both lead guitars
Pete Townshend, Mick Ronson - both rhythm guitars
Brian Eno, Keith Emerson - both on synths or other keyboard instruments
Jaki Liebezeit, Keith Moon - on dual drums
John Entwistle, Bill Wyman - dual bass
Scott Walker - men vocals
Stevie Nicks - female vocals

supergroup sound: like Boston on acid... or like the Traveling Wilbury's at the prog shop... which means it'd suck majorly.

eh, but that's what supergroups are for. self-indulgent garbage masquerading as high art done by masters at their peak....for money.

I don't like super groups. I like bands with more focused visions.

different.....you can have a super group (ringers from other bands) that is a mega band (a ton of members), but a mega band isn't necessarilly a super group.
