I personally love Bag End cabs. Imho they do sound neutral, and different with each head. Unlike Hartke for example which tend to lean towards high mid punch, or Eden which imo seem to try to avoid exposing mids resulting in a hifi kind of sound. Not a big fan of SWR although a cab like mentioned before probably has great potential.

Yeah, bagend would seem to be a really good choice. I think I will go with those if I can afford it. Which particular cab or set of cabs would you recommend.

I myself use an older (discontinued) cab with 2x10 (model D10-X iirc), one of them also housing a tweeter. Itīs basically an undeep version of the 2x10 with tweeter they have now, rms rating is 400 watts @ 4 ohms.
The bad part about this cab is it lacks a control to turn down (or off) the tweeter.
I think, I would suggest a 2x10 and a 1x15. You can never go wrong with those cabs in your place. Alternatively (my new `plan) you could go for just one 2x12 cab, or even 2 1x12 cabs. Best of both (10 & 15), which should become my new live setup.

So many options, and they all have their benefits I guess.. Iīm sure itīs a taste thing, I personally love the practicality of my 2x10 cab, itīs not too heavy, itīs not big. I can carry all my gear in 2 runs by myself, and still have about 400 watts of headroom with the amp & cab I use.

edit: I knew there was something I wanted to add, tweeter thing. You can probably get it modified, and disable the tweeter. Anyway if youīre going for one cab it has to be controllable imo. If you take two cabs itīs no problem, iīd suggest one with tweeter and one without.
