Default Opinion on Midi Foot Controllers???

Looking for some opinions / feedback.

I've got a Fender Cyber Twin with the Fender Cyber Twin Foot Controller. Problem is I'm not a big fan of the way the switching works on the Foot Controller. The buttons "click" when you push them in to change your amp settings - makes it difficult for me to predict exactly when the amp sound will change. Band I'm in does a lot of covers that require a lot of different sounds (including within the same song) so smooth switching with exact timing is very important.

I've been checking out different Midi Foot Controllers (Roland FC200, Behringer, etc) and spoke to Fender about compatability - the guy mentioned Roland seemed to work OK.

What I'm looking for is any recommendations. Anyone have experience with any midi foot controller you think would work well for what I describe? Any feedback / help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
