I'm going to be in the market for a Tuner Pedal. I see a lot of Boss TU 2's and Peterson Strobostomp2's. What about Korg's DT-10BK or or Fender's PT-100?
Thanks in advance. Last edited by two4motion; 04-16-2007 at 02:11 AM. |

tu-2.
the strobostomps are cool, but at like $300 or whatever they are... that's a pretty expensive tuner. |

tu-2. built like a tank, tune's great.
if you're tuning a violin or something to that effect, i'd go with the strobostomp. in a guitar setting it's not really that needed. |

I use one of those fender tuners PT-100 I believe. It works fine for me and at 45 bucks I could afford another when my first got stolen.

2 downsides to the PT-100, with conditions:
- Not the most precise tuner, but then again neither is the boss - You need a screwdriver to get at the battery, but they do last a really long time |

Tu-2 - it might sound frivolous now but it can use the daisy chain wire to power all your other pedals (i power boss, line 6, danelectro and a Phase 90 pedals with the TU2.). Great if your band practices alot and you have to keep buying batteries.
