yeap it should be, all EHX pedals except the Clone are true bypass. I read about this in another forum.

it depends on how new it is. if you're looking to pick up a new one, it should definately be tb.

I bought it a couple of months ago and there is noticeable difference between plugged in and off than not plugged in at all. And it is the only pedal I own so there is nothing else interfering.

Cool, thanks for the knowledge dolivas; I had been curious about the memory man for a bit; never could find out if it was true bypass or not. Too bad about it being discontinued.

........Actually I have an MXL MicroAmp (great pedal BTW, using it with my distortion pedal really gives it some balls), does anyone know if that is true bypass?

that's an MXR MicroAmp. They make pedals. MXL makes microphones.
