Just showing off really but I love this guitar and I know you will want one. I bought it in Capetown SA a couple of years ago when working out there. It is basically a bar of shaped ally which forms the neck which is slotted into a 1 gallon Castrol GTX oil can to make the body. The pickups are hand made and the volume and tone controls are bottle tops. The fretboard is the biggest slab of hardwood I have ever seen on a guitar. I thought it would be a bit of a dog to play but you know what, it plays and sounds brilliant
First post so i hope the photos come up! cheers John |
