Thumbs up If you could only have one pedal for the rest of your life what would it be?

If you could only have one pedal for the rest of your life what would it be? What would come in a close second?

So can this be a multi effect or are we talking single effect? Multi, I'd go with a Pod XT Live. If we are talking single effect I'd have to go with an Echoplex or a Boomerang.

jesus that's a hard question.

i'd have to either say my boss DD-5 or my Digitech Whammy II. Both of which have been on my pedalboard for about 10 years and I can't live without.

Do I still get to have an amp with a good sounding gain in it? If I can keep my Rivera and my Boogie, all I need is a wah pedal. Hell, you could take that away and I'd still be happy.

I would say a univibe. It is really the only guitar effect besides reverb and distortion that I like. I could do without reverb if there was a long enough cord included in the deal.

does a tuner count? I can tune by ear, but as far as crazy tempraments go and on-the-fly tuning goes.....well, it is easier just looking at a display.

Hmm. Is this pedal for live use or for practicing say if you were stuck somewere isolated. I cant do without overdrive live so it would be a versitile OD like an Fulltone OCD. Practicing I would prefer to have a delay with some looping capabilities. Close second would be reverb in any situation.
