Default New BBE Stomp Boxes

They look pretty sweet and well built. I have never used any of the older stomboxxes but I would be more than willing to give these a go.

I seriously am thinking about buying the BBE sonic stomp and the Free Fuzz tandem. I tend to use alot of BBE if I can for guitars cause I just love what people who hate BBE call smoke and mirros, their exciter effect. I wonder if their Fuzz would incorporate something like that or if it's just a standard fuzz tweaked to BBE's liking. Judging by the simple two-knob operation hopefully it isn't just a simple fuzz.

it is just a simple fuzz. i played it at NAMM. granted, it's a cool sounding, 60's ratty, nasty, radio fuzz, but it doesn't have the exciter built in.

they're also built like tanks.

I like how they've a carved a little niche of their own in the pedal market. They aren't going all crazy trying to make a copy of every pedal ever invented, they're just sticking to their guns. Where's the Big Bottom?

Default BBE Pedals

Has anyone tried these new fangled BBE guitar pedals? The price is nice, wondering how they sound. Especially the Crusher. I mean, it's got 5 knobs and it's called The Crusher.........

it looks heavy duty, has a hardwire bypass, and bbe in general has a good rep; but i have not heard anything about them one way or the other.
