Default Amp for Surf, Rockabilly & Blues

I'm seeking advice on the best style of modelling amp to reproduce the sounds of valve amps for Surf, Rockbilly & Blues (think Stevie Ray Vaughn Little Wing)

I've seen some of the gearwire video demo's of Vox & Peavey. I'm considering the Vox VT30 & Peavey Vypyr30 which I can get for a reasonable price. I'm also considering the Peavey ValveKing 112 which is a bit more expensive.

Of these amps which do you consider best for the sounds I'm chasing.

I'm looking at the Yamaha SA503TVL guitar to plug in.

Thanks

Gavin
