Nubus is tabula rasa
Default Here's the Tritare

I beleive we need more people thinking like this in music. The possibilities for creating new instruments and sounds ought not to be limited.

That's one of thos things that you see and you're like "COOL" but then when you hear it you are not as much like that.

The samples at the bottom of the page sound exactly like a guitar my friend made about 5 years ago. It was a double neck guitar. Both tuned like a baritone and the regular one had no frets. He simply put a pickup behind the bridge of both necks. He called it the Devil's Harp.

We actually talked the pastor of this cathedral like church we lived by into letting us record the instrument there. We didn't tell hime the name of the instrument. That stuff sounded way cooler than the samples on this page. Less noise too.

I like how it sounds. They just made a terrible clip. They shouldn't have put an echo on it, that was dumb. I'm not trying to listen to your tripped out delay pedal man, I want to hear your strings.

I guess the reason it doesn't sound as good to me is because I know you can get those sounds from a much simpler design. Just put a pickup on the other side of the bridge.
