Good Setup. How is the Peavey? Never hear of these model. The Highway 1 is Tele or Strat?

The distorsion is a MXR Distortion+ Clone, with a extra switch for select between Silicone diodes or Led's. With Silicon diodes, the sound is compressed, very stylish of the DS-1 or RAT, obviusly sounds different, but all these pedals works similar. With the Led's, sounds more billiant, less distorted, but very very more volumen, ideal for boost, or used like a overdrive.

I don't know too much about the Peavey myself. It is a single channel 120W all tube head with basically the same controls as a 5150. It reminds me of a JCM 800 sound, which I like.

The fender is the Highway 1 Fat Strat.

Guitars:
'82 Ibanez Destroyer II (this guitar is probably the most important thing I own)
Switch Future IV MIDI (has the 13-pin GK type pickup built in, works well for that)
Steinberger Spirit

Bass:
Some type of Soundgear, I dunno
Some kind of cheap Fender Fretless Jazz Bass (dunno the details, it sounds good and plays well when it's not busted, which it currently is)

Guitar Amp:
Roland VGA7

Bass Amp:
Ashdown MAG300 head
Eden 410XLT cabinet

Effects:
Pod XT Live
Digitech 2101
Crybaby wah (no point in having any other besides a plain ol' crybaby if you ask me!)
Boss DS-1 Distortion
Some kind of Boss volume pedal that my foot is surgically attached to

Picks
Dunlop Jazz Tortex, Mediums (NO OTHER PICK WILL DO)

I also hook up the midi guitar to either my cheap-ass Casio keyboard, or the Motif ES8 (it belongs to the keyboardist of the band I'm in) when playing in my group to achieve maximum bonkers.

Basically I'm totally not a gearhead at all, and I like cheap stuff and outer space sounds and crusty future things that sound like dying motherships, and don't really care what the gear is as long as it takes me there.
