That is an AWESOME guitar. Great buy, But I don't know much about that tremolo. I do know that it is an AWSOME tremolo, But changing strings on it might be just as bad as dealing with a floyd. Welcome to the forum, By the way.

We had that guitar in the old GW studio a while back:
http://www.gearwire.com/ibanez-s470dxqm.html and http://www.gearwire.com/ibanez-s-series.html I really didn't think the tremolo was any better than a floyd. Perhaps it was just a little easier to tune, but still a bit of a hassle. Personally, I avoid non-fixed bridges and usually tighten my strat bridges all the way down. edit: sp Last edited by dagosto; 01-11-2007 at 10:15 PM. |
