the largest variable here is the type of shark - but as a general rule of thumb, I'd go with the crocodile due to it's ultra resiliant skin; since they're both flying and all, then the playing field is level.

I'm gonna go with the shark here. I'm guessing they're in the air because they've both been launched at each other, via some kind of Launch-O-Matic-esque device. If they're flying towards one another dead on, the shark (which is a great white, what kind of douche would choose another kind of shark?) would just open his mouth, insert crocodile..........no more crocodile. Next!
