Best video game music

Ninja Gaidan, Bad Dudes, Baseball Stars 2, and Yes Ocarina of time. Man I played that stupid game for 2 months and couldn't beat it. You eventually memorize the songs that you have to play on the ocarina to change the day to night, or summon your steed so you dont have to run across the entire board. Very cool game, just takes large amounts of time to beat. Oh yeah the music is fruity but fun.

i've heard them doing songs from mega man 2, and it was great. they do live versions of old nintendo songs faithfully.

I just got the Japanese import of the Ocarina of Time soundtrack. It's marketed as an orchestral version but it is really more of mid sized chamber group. It's nice to hear the songs realized with acoustic instruments. The strings skip some of the notes though which is a little dissapointing but it is still a nice buy for me.

I've heard lots of people are buying the soundtrack for Katamari Damaci.

That soundtrack is actually incredibly ecclectic and funny. The game will take over your soul though. Rollin' stuff up.
