Default What ISP should I use
sbc is about to raise my rate since I've had it a year. I figure I can probably find something better and cheaper. Any suggestions?

earthlink DSL i believe is running a 19.95 a month special right now and they have good ratings. Im using SBC as well at home so im looking into new ISPs as well right now.
