Default Sugarcane Juice

Anyone else had this? I bought some and drank some from a Vietnamese restaurant fresh. They actually had a machine such as this:

where they'd stuff like two sugar canes and it would press on them and create this tasty nectar juice out of it. I am now on a kick for it, it sorta taste's like a cross of what tangerine juice and Hibiscus flower would taste like.

It seems to be good for you as well. Anyways, nothing major just had to rave about this tasty drink for the hot summer coming up.

Hey gringo, it's horchata.

http://www.recipegoldmine.com/bevnon/bevnon29.html.

But yeah sugar cane is the best. I gotta try that drink. I've tried to stay away from regular softdrinks to ones made with cane sugar as well. they taste better and don't have any corn syrup.

yeah that recipe is pretty accurate! if you're lazy like me you can just buy some of those premade Klass brand horchata mixes.

However, if you have time to kill I would definately recommend eating some Horchata ice cream which is twice as good as vanilla and horchata:
