thirded, better yet have it tied to some xml file so we can get podcast updates notifications on iTunes when new ones occur.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Ever since we started doing the video the downloads of the mp3 went way down. It's not a huge deal to get them up there. One question I would have is whether or not it is worth doing both stereo and mono versions of the mp3.

Also we do have an .xml feed going to iTunes. Search in the podcast section. Also there is an RSS feed for crosstalk at the bottom of the crosstalk page now that you can feed into an RSS tracking program other than iTunes.

The xml has not been updated since episode 019 due to our update of the entire site but we should have this fixed ASAP.

Thanks
Dan

Is there an RSS for the main content too? ie. ALL content

Some ideas:

I think you should put this week's drum tutorial in a separate video and limit the podcast to 30mins, news-only

RSS is at the bottom of each page excepting the homepage. Things are changing on the site and that should be moving up to the top within a few days.

noted. We are actually offering the podcast in sections or as a whole now so you can get whichever ones you prefer.

ok first post. im a musician + part-time (live) sound engineer from germany and i think your podcast is absolutely fabolous! i love hearing it on the train, unfortunately i dont have a fancy video-player, just a plain mp3 player and i was close to dismayed when i noticed the other day that the newest episodes didnt have mp3-versions.

when they were still available i mostly downloaded the mono-mp3s since my dsl-connection is not that fast (yet) but i wouldnt mind stereo versions, since it obviously makes sense for some reviews (see: moogerfooger.....) anyways.

im sure some of the videos make sense, too, but please please offer mp3 versions of the shows!

congratulations on your show, again, its always my first choice for on the train edutainment. thanks guys!
