Anybody using pro DJ lighting in their house? I picked up one simple piece on clearance and it's kind of cool and psychedlic - goes well with the colored light bulbs you can find at Walgreens sometimes. Sets a nice mood when you're making beats.
I've thought about getting a full dimmer system, maybe even hooked to the computer. Do you have to change the bulbs a lot, is it safe? I'm surprised more people aren't using DJ lights in their house. What do you think? |

I'm all about living in a dance club, but seriously, I have soo many lights at my house, it is not for the eplileptic at heart. Reminds me of Family Seziure Robots (Simpsons episode where they go to Japan). As soon as you walk in you're on the floor.

I totally agree with Smopo24. VU or the 1st Floyd record (with Sid) and my industrial strength strobe totally create the vibe. Every once in a while a 4 foot blacklight is a nice addition!
