So im finally getting rid of my M-Audio Ozone Controller and Im in the market for a new midi controller however Im looking for one that packs the most features at a reasonable price. (I spent above 200 bucks for that controller) I am shopping around that price range. The only controller I've been seriously looking at right now is the M-Audio Axiom, 49-key version:
![]() However I also dig the Alesis Photon with the 49 keys: ![]() Anyone else have any ideas of stuff I might be looking into? Even older controllers would be preferable if they have almost the same functionality. |

Personally, i like the CME's. They are built like tanks, do just about everything you'd ever need it to do plus more, have excellent feeling keys.
http://www.cme-pro.com/ You can even get motorized faders on the new VX series. |

I have an older Evolution that works fine, and I hear they are part of Maudio now.

Studiologic by Fatar.....
Very reasonably priced, but not alot of features, great feeling keyboard. Korg MicroKontrol.... Lots of features, keyboard feels toyish, cool assignable pads like (stolen by) the axiom.

I have a midi-man and it does the job but I would say that the feel is kind of poor

i agree with dagosto on this one; for the price, the ezag was much better than i anticipated. as far as keyboard controllers go, i've never used anything other than the oxygen 8; which i like.
