Default Free FXpansion plugin -- Orca

Seems like a straightforward analogue synthesis plugin and it's a monosynth as well. Not much to speak of in editing but it does have the distinction of looking like whatever that Alien in Alien birthed inside that guy's stomach but albino...

FXpansion also does BFD which is awesome by the way.

I'm not registered so I haven't tried it yet, but I read that as you turn the knobs the whale mouths move. Have you tried it?

I have tried out that plug. First impressions are that it's a different beast from other synths out there. It has a fuller deeper bass sound than any of the minimoog, moog vst's out there and you do get just one kind of a range of sound which is either a thick bass sound to a ARP lead/pad synth sound. I've seen the mouths move either when you drag your mouse and open and shut them or when you have a good vst host which shows you what they do. The mouths if memory serves me right corresponds with one mouth being Resonance and the other being Frequency. For me this would be a good synth to use for arpegiatting bass lines or for leads.
