Dunno if anyone has seen one of these yet:
![]() It's an Ocean Harp instrument. It's supposed to be a metallic jug of some sort with plectrums and other gadgets that mimic the sound of whales or give you really out there synth-like sound. Lately I've been seeing a good amount of "world" instruments that are doing lots of cool things a keyboard can't do. Does anyone else know of any other similar instrument's that can create synth-like sounds? |

Here's another "synth-like" instrument, the Bul-Bul:
![]() It should be 4-harmony chords and 2-drones. Kinda used for raga music and ambient-folk. I'm looking to get one which has typewriter keys on it instead of piano-looking keys. |

![]() this isn't exactly a world instrument or for sale, but still a pretty cool interface |
