Motu 828 MKII USB or Focusrite Pro 10

Hi,

I don´t know what to choose. The main focus (of course) is the Audio DA/AD converter quality.

At the moment I use a 1010Lt M-Audio Card....yeah yeah go ahead laugh I don´t care.

So, I guess the Motu has the better Converters and overall more features which I don´t really need but hey good to know they´re there. The only "downside" would be the USB Interface, right?

What speaks for the Focusrite saffire pro 10?

Any other suggestions ?

What do I need?

- Good AD/DA
- 2 Mic Pres are enough (because I use VTB1 Preamp now)
- A heck full of line Ins (for: -Guitar Rig Controller -VTB1 -Variax Guitar etc.)
- I read the Moto has kind of a built in mixer already installed which would be great regarding the fact that I don´t have one"


Can I even get a GREAT sounding interface for app. 500 Bucks?
