Very interesting article coming from a music critic's perspective:
http://www.stylusmagazine.com/articl...nd-forever.htm I would highly agree with the feeling that too much of new music is coming out overcompressed and lacking any kind of dynamics. In music recording circles we all know about the loudness race its cool to see a music critic talk about what you listen to and how you listen to it makes the difference in how you like to listen to music. |
