That plug in performs FFT, which is is one of those things that computers were built for. I bet you can get some sound designy stuff out of it. Too bad it isn't real time.

hmm. I was abe to get the link working no prob. Try cutting and pasting maybe.
I like doing chance or stokastic transformation of sounds a lot. This seems to be right up my alley. Being non-realtime makes it almost more of a shot in the dark. Call me crazy but I like that. I have a soundtrack that I have to work on soon where the director wants pop music but with instruments that are unrecognizable. I think I'm going to try this out. |
