I want to get lost in the forest of knobs that is the alpha comp. It looks positively ridiculous.

There is a feedforward mode for extreme compression and a feedback mode for more thickening. The MS feature is supposedly amazing.

Apparently the guy who designed it also was involved in designing the Mixdream from SPL that I posted a picture of.
