A microphone for 5.1 recording. Dunno how it works well maybe I do 5 different electret mics or something like that. Is that mic to over the top for recording? or is it something people should look for if they want to do some 5.1 bootlegs.

I think these are only really used for HD broadcast particularly of sports since they are usually live.
