Triple Rock Social Club, Minneapolis MN. Where else can you go for a kick ass brunch in the morning where your waitresses are all tattooed out and swearing up and down and then see a show later that night in the same room?
Awesome venue. I love it. |

I'm in Chicago, and it's hard to find a good dance club that isn't specifically a meat market. Unfortunately, the club scene has always been based on people watching, but there were a few around where people went ONLY to dance, specifically Shelter and Red Dog. Smart Bar is the shit for sure. I have a friend who is a dancing fool, and I'm mean that he looks like a fool, but he is accepted there because the vibe is all about having a good time. But if you're in Chicago to dance, go to SmartBar. IF you want to stand against a wall while sped up and drunk metrosexuals and gold diggers grind like it's you're high school homecoming, then try out Crobar or Excalibur.
