Default go-to vocal compressor

i know people have different mics for different singers; but what is your go-to vocal compressor? why do you like it? are there any unique characteristics it brings to your sound; if so, what?

I've been going back to my focusrite Platinum Penta lately. It has a pretty nice clean preamp as well. There are actually compression presets that work pretty well on the front end. When recordings need to get done fast this thing has been TCB'ing for me. For a little while I was regularly tracking vox through the Avalon VT737 but it is a little bit too colorful for certain voices and the compressor is a little squirrelly and suprisingly untransparent.
